Find some books!Review by Shamira Eglinton
Another great book from Rachel Jankovic that is practical, honest and wise. With 7 children of her own, Rachel has lots of experience but humbly shares her ideas and thoughts on what it is to be a mum fit to burst!
This one is more directed at the temptations and difficulties mothers can face in the thick of parenting many children. This book is not written many years after doing the job, she says ‘If something in this book strikes a little close to home for you, know that it struck in my home first’ and ‘I am not pretending to be a mother, writing about motherhood in the abstract – I am writing about what it very real to me’.
This book is written with children close to home. The chapters are suitable for a busy mum of young children as they are short and easy to read.
