Returns Policy
If, for any reason, you're not happy with an item purchased via our website, contact us to arrange a Return Authorisation, and then return the item in new condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping).
Prices
Prices on our site include any relevant GST for Australian orders.
^For overseas customers, our prices are in Australian dollars and do not include GST, however, we have included in the price a 10% postage surcharge for all overseas orders. This enables us to have reduced overseas freight charges and makes our pricing simpler to manage.
