Refunds & Returns Policy

If, for any reason, you're not happy with an item purchased via our website, contact us to arrange a Return Authorisation, and then return the item in new condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping).

Please note that orders for special order products must be paid for in advance and are not cancellable or refundable.
