Exploring Creation with Mathematics, Level 6 Skills Practice is an optional companion resource designed to help students who benefit from extra practice master the concepts taught in the Exploring Creation with Mathematics Level 6 Student Text and Workbook. By working through the additional practice problems, students strengthen their math skills, gain confidence, and reinforce their understanding of key concepts from the course.
Curriculum Overview
Exploring Creation with Mathematics, Level 6 continues the mastery-based approach of the Exploring Creation with Mathematics series, which includes built-in spiral review to reinforce learning. The Skills Practice book provides extra problems that correspond directly to the concepts taught in Level 6, including fractions and ratios, rates and probability, negative numbers, and an introduction to algebra—preparing students for success in higher-level math courses.
All answers are included in the Skills Practice book, making it easy for students to check their work and for parents to monitor progress.
In the main course, you’ll find the following:

Lesson Plans and Materials
The main course is designed to be completed four days a week over 28 weeks, with each lesson taking approximately 30–45 minutes. A suggested daily schedule is included to help students understand what is expected each day.
Because the Skills Practice book is optional, the amount completed can be tailored to each student’s individual needs. Some students may complete all or most of the extra problems, while others may focus on selected sections to strengthen areas where they need the most practice.
