This is a book purposed to create a culture of purposeful engagement with one another, beyond the generic "'how are you?' 'I'm good, how are you?' 'I'm good too.'" - but to stop and dig deeper to actually care and pray for and with one another.
If all people in all churches worked through this book, I believe there would be a blessed culture of loving our neighbours and ensuring all in our midst are well loved.
Grab this book, grab a few copies, get a friend or a group together, and read through the short chapters together to develop a culture of care that is intentional and purposeful.
Ideas presented are not explained clearly or comprehensively. There are helpful and truthful contributions throughout, but you need to work quite hard to discern and interpret what they are. Would not recommend this book before others that address similar topics.
