The author doesn't shy away from tackling feelings of guilt, anger, shame, and the way that the church can both help, and hinder the healing of divorced people. Not a long book, but very thorough, and steeped in the Bible, and what it really says, rather than what people would like it to say. Good for anyone looking to minister to the divorced person, support a friend walking this journey, or divorced people themselves as they tackle the topics of forgiveness and judgement on their path to healing.
