What does Katharina Luther do with an old monastery, lots of children, a busy husband, many guests and little money? Work very hard!
In The Woman Who Helped a Reformer, take a peek at Katharina Luther's days looking after everything out of thankfulness to God.
"We are thankful for this series which introduces the littlest kids to some of the biggest names in church history. The illustrations are engaging and the writing is simple, yet edifying. We look forward to reading these books to our own children."?
- Kevin and Trisha DeYoung
The four books in this series are all excellent. This book has LOTS of animals, children and food! Mrs Luther was very busy looking after so many people, and she still found time to help Mr Luther with his writing - what a blessing and help she must have been to so many!
This card book is great for kids 2-7 years old, and their parents.
I was excited to get this book and another one in the series. However, it was disappointing with the lack of plot. There was no flow in the story with little engagement for the children. The illustrations were fine but where probably the best part of this book. It made for a disappointing christian children's book. Such a good idea, but they need to be better executed!
